Exer Urgent Care is proud to support Scouts with their physical screenings! 

Exer Urgent Care is an ER alternative that's built and staffed by ER doctors, they're experts in emergency medicine. However, the staff at Exer are also parents of youngsters and want to help where they can in the communities they serve. 

As in the past, Exer Urgent Care will be continuing to give physicals to Scouts (NO ADULTS) to prepare them for camps. You WILL  be required to make an appointment. Once you have registered and paid you will receive a QR Code to make your appointment. NO WALK-IN's!

You will be paying the $25.00 below and your name will be given to the Exer Urgent Care locations.

Be sure to download & bring the 2023 Medical Form Part C and a parent or guardian with you (See Below.)

 

WHAT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO! 

1.  A parent/guardian must accompany the Scout
2. The Scout is responsible for bringing the screening form to the clinic and back to their Scout leader.  Exer cannot forward the form. 
3. EKG is not included in the exam.
4. Starting April 1, 2024, you can book an appointment for May 1- Aug 31, 2024
5. You must register with VCCBSA below in order to receive your code.  Please plan ahead as we allow 24 hours from the time you register with VCCBSA to provide your code.
