VENTURA COUNTY COUNCIL POPCORN FUNDRAISER

Each year, Ventura County Council sponsors a Trail’s End Popcorn sale to raise money for local Scouting programs and activities. The annual product sales of Ventura County Council provide a unique fundraising opportunity for Scouting units to raise funds to provide a quality Scouting experience for their Scouts and families. Annually, the Council provides units with opportunities to participate in the fall Product Sale and spring Camp Card sale.

Tuesday, August 12 - Popcorn Kernel Kickoff @ 6:30 PM at Daily Ranch

Sunday, August 24- “Show and Sell” Online Orders Due into Trails-End System

Friday, September 5 - Scouting Adventure Night @ 4:30pm - 8:30pm at Daily Ranch

Saturday, September 6 - Show and Sell Product Distribution (Store Front Sales Begin - order enough for 2 weeks)

Sunday, September 14 - Mid Sale Order Due into Trails-End System by Midnight

Week of September 21st - 2^nd Product Distribution

Sunday, November 2 - Popcorn Sale Ends

Wednesday, December 5 - Final Popcorn Payments Due

Saturday, January 17th - $10,000 Champions Club & $2500 Club Party

Selling online is the best way to sell to friends and family who live far away. Online sales count toward Scout rewards. Participants can send emails to friends and family asking them to purchase Trail’s End products online. The email includes a link allowing them to begin shopping right away. Customers can pay with a credit card, and the products are shipped directly to the customer by Trail’s End.
