Trail to Growth: Building Momentum for 2026
Join fellow Scouting leaders for a fun and inspiring evening as we look ahead to an exciting year of growth and opportunity. Trail to Growth is more than a meeting—it’s a chance to reconnect with friends, share ideas, celebrate our successes, and build momentum for an amazing 2026.
We’ll start the evening with dinner, giving everyone a chance to relax, catch up, and connect with leaders from across the council before we dive into the program. Together, we’ll explore membership growth ideas, share what’s working in our units, highlight exciting programs and events, and discover new ways to help even more youth experience the adventure of Scouting.
Whether you’re a Cub Scout, Scouts BSA, Venturing, Exploring, or district volunteer, you’ll leave with fresh ideas, new connections, and plenty of inspiration to take back to your unit.
We’ll wrap up the evening with dessert, fellowship, and great conversation, because some of the best ideas come from simply spending time together.
